Vinification
Soft-pressing of the grapes – fermentation of the cleaned must
in thermo-regulated vats – tankage of the wine into stainless
steel containers.
The refermentation with selected yeasts takes place into the
autoclave.
Bottling
Basically the wine is bottled within the month of February in
order to preserve its typical fruity aroma.
