Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: bright pale yellow – Aroma: intense, delicate and aromatic, reminiscent of fragrance of sage and yellow rose - Flavour: lively, outspoken, without asperity, fresh, with mineral hints, full, mellow, very pleasant to the palate.
Food
Vegetable soups, omelette, fish soups, semi-seasoned creamy cheeses.
To be served
To be served at 4-6° Celsius.
