FERMENTATION
In steel vats with long maceration on the skins, with frequent pumping over and punching down to foster the ceding of phenols.
Fermentation temperature:28-30°C
MATURATION IN WOOD
12 months in 25 Hl French and Slavonian oak barrels.
BOTTLE AGING
6 months minimum
COLOR
Intense ruby red with hints of garnet.
AROMA
Elegant and lingering, evoking red berries, combined with pleasing overtones of wood.
FLAVOR
Excellent balance between alcohol and gentle tannins. Austere and elegant.
SERVE At 18 °C in wide tapered wine glasses.
