Maceration of the skins at controlled temperature for 7/8 days.
+/- 25°C
In stainless steel tanks for 6 months. 20% aged in American oak barriques.
Physical and chemical Characteristics
Description
Ruby red with light violet reflexes.
Small red berry fruits, violets, delicately spicy and balsamic.
Full bodied, well structured with soft and well integrated tannins.
